The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) on August 27, 2026, issued the extension of Filing of quarterly and annual E-Waste returns for FY 2025–26 to September 30, 2026
The following has been stated namely: -
• Deadline extended: Filing of quarterly and annual E-Waste returns for FY 2025–26 is extended from 30 April 2026 to 30 September 2026.
• All entities registered under the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022 must file.
• Returns can be submitted on the E-Waste EPR Portal by September 30, 2026, as per Rule 9A of the E-Waste (Management) Amendment Rules, 2024.
