The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) on August 27, 2026, issued the extension of Filing of annual returns for FY 2025–26 to September 30, 2026 on the Waste Tyre EPR Portal

The following has been stated namely: -

• Annual Return filing for FY 2025–26 is extended to September 30, 2026 on the Waste Tyre EPR Portal.

• Annual/Quarter Return should be submitted on or before the extended deadline.

• Timely filing is advised to avoid Environmental Compensation (EC) as per the applicable guidelines.
