EHS Compliance

The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) on August 27, 2026, issued an alert regarding the EPR Certificate Generation & Transfer – FY 2025–26.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Waste Tyre Recyclers can submit their FY 2025–26 sales data and generate corresponding denominated EPR certificates up to the date of filing the Annual Return or September 30, 2026, whichever is earlier.

• The generated EPR certificates can be transferred to registered Producers for compliance purposes.

• These EPR certificates will remain valid for two years, as per the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Amendment Rules, 2022.
