It is hereby notified for the information of the general public, patients, and stakeholders that the Ethics and Dental Registration Board (EDRB) under the National Dental Commission has laid down specific guidelines and a mandatory standard format for lodging complaints against dental practitioners or institutions.
To ensure timely, transparent, and effective action, all complainants are requested to strictly adhere to the attached instructions and format while submitting complaints to the EDRB.
