The Indian Nursing Council (INC) on August 25, 2026, issued a notification regarding furnishing of Information to the Registration Officer by Nursing Institutions Admitting Foreign Nationals under "Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025" - Submission of Form II and Form III.
The following has been stated: -
•All Nursing Institutions admitting foreign nationals, including OCI Cardholders, for academic programmes, clinical training, internships, research, exchange programmes or temporary registration must electronically furnish complete and accurate information in prescribed Form II through the Indian Visa SuSwagatam app/FRRO portal within the prescribed time.
•Institutions providing hostel/accommodation facilities must also submit Form II (earlier Form A) and Form III (earlier Form C).
•The Head of the Institution/Principal shall be personally responsible for timely submission, accuracy and continuous compliance.
•Any non-compliance may attract action under the Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025, the rules framed thereunder and other applicable laws.
