Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) on August 31, 2026, issued a circular regarding a reminder on Market Data - Discontinuation of Existing Broadcast Parameters in Futures & Options Segment.

The following has been stated: -

•NSE has reminded NNF users to migrate to the new F&O market data broadcast parameters, introduced to support the change in token-level cumulative volume data type from 4-byte “Unsigned Integer” to 8-byte “LONG”. 

•The existing and new parameters were available during a coexistence period to facilitate migration. 

•The existing broadcast parameters for NNF users (5-depth, 1-second refresh) will be discontinued from September 05, 2026 (mock) onwards. 

•Members must complete or be ready with the required migration changes before the deadline to ensure uninterrupted F&O market data, while all other provisions of the earlier circulars remain unchanged.
