The NSE Clearing Limited (NCL), on August 31, 2026, has revised the market timings under the Securities Lending and Borrowing Scheme (SLBS) by preponing the market opening time to 9:00 AM. Accordingly, the revised trading hours for the SLBS market will be 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The revised timings shall be effective from September 7, 2026, replacing the existing market opening time pursuant to the earlier circular dated August 24, 2018 concerning extension of SLBS market timings.
All participants and custodians are advised to take note of the revised trading hours and ensure necessary compliance and operational readiness.
