Secretarial ComplianceThe Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), on August 31, 2026, issued a General Circular further extending the validity of the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (CCFS-2026) up to September 15, 2026. The scheme was originally introduced to provide companies an opportunity to complete their pending statutory filings and was initially operational until July 15, 2026.
