The Paradip Port Authority (PPA) on August 31, 2026, issued a notification regarding extension of exemption from Charges for Thermal Coal Wagons.
The following has been stated: -
•Paradip Port Authority has extended the exemption from Haulage, Siding and Terminal Charges for Thermal Coal BOXN Wagons unloaded manually inside port sidings and intercarted to port terminals.
•The exemption will continue from October 01, 2026 to March 31, 2027, pursuant to Resolution No. 66/2026-27 dated August 27, 2026.
