The National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) on September 01, 2026, issued a circular regarding submission of Accessibility Audit Report for Digital Platforms.
The following has been stated: -
•Trading Members are required to submit the Accessibility Audit Report for digital platforms and remediation of audit findings to the Exchange by October 31, 2026, in compliance with the RPwD Act, 2016 and applicable SEBI/Exchange circulars.
•The report must be submitted online through the ENIT Portal under NEW-Compliance, Compliance, Compliance with RPwD Act, 2016, RPwD Submission.
