The National Stock Exchange of India Limited, on September 03, 2026, has informed members that live trading and bidding sessions will be conducted from its Disaster Recovery (DR) Site from September 03, 2026 to September 04, 2026, as part of its Business Continuity Plan (BCP) arrangements.
The following has been stated:
Live trading sessions across the applicable segments will be conducted from the DR Site as per normal market timings on September 03, 2026 and September 04, 2026. Normal live trading operations will resume from the Primary Site on September 07, 2026.
Members are not required to make any changes to their NEAT Adapter settings for connecting to either the Primary Site or the DR Site. BCP live trading will cover Equity, Equity Derivatives, Currency Derivatives, Commodity Derivatives, SLB and EGR segments. Existing URLs may continue to be used for login to web-based platforms during live bidding sessions from the Primary or DR Site.
Lease-line members have been provided with the relevant Extranet and C2N IP address for connectivity. Co-location facilities and the Multicast Tick by Tick (MTBT) feed will remain available, with the MTBT feed continuing on the existing Production IP addresses.
During trading from the DR Site, orders originating from colocation will be routed from the Main Site to the BCP Site, while market data dissemination will be carried out from the BCP/DR Site to the colocation racks at the Main Site. Members are also advised that colocation participants may experience different latencies on DR/BCP trading days compared to normal trading days.
