The Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) on September 02, 2026, notified the Submission of the Accessibility Audit Report for Digital Platforms.
In accordance with the SEBI Circular dated September 25, 2025, and the related MCX circulars concerning mandatory compliance with the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, Trading Members are required to submit the Accessibility Audit Report for their digital platforms along with remediation of audit findings to the Exchange by October 31, 2026. Members must submit the report and remediation details through the Enhanced Supervision Portal under Membership → Submission of Final Accessibility Audit Report, following the procedure prescribed in Annexure A.
