The Clearing Corporation of India Ltd. (CCIL) on September 01, 2026, notified the Prefunded Default Handling Contribution for September 2026.
CCIL has notified its contribution towards prefunded default handling resources for meeting losses arising from participant defaults during September 2026. The total contribution is ₹3,097.98 crore, comprising Tranche 1 of ₹1,858.80 crore and Tranche 2 of ₹1,239.18 crore. The highest contribution is towards the Forex Forward segment at ₹1,759.73 crore, followed by Forex Settlement at ₹375.37 crore, Securities (Outright & Repo) at ₹491.85 crore, and Rupee Derivatives (MIBOR) at ₹248.93 crore. Contributions are also specified for Tri-party Repo, MMFOR, and Forex Options segments.
