Industry Specific ComplianceThe Tea Board India, on September 03, 2026, issued a circular regarding the routing of receipts from Tea Board Offices and Stakeholders through the Tea Board Website using the State Bank Collection facility.

The following has been stated: -

•Tea Board has decided that all applicable payments/receipts from its offices and stakeholders will be routed through the State Bank Collect facility available on the Tea Board website to improve efficiency and reconciliation of accounts. 

•Users must access the e-Service section, select State Bank Collect, choose the relevant payment category/sub-category, and complete the transaction online. 

•The facility covers 18 categories, including deposits, electricity bills, guest house charges, logo fees, rent, tea/green leaf sales, testing fees, e-auction charges, licences/registration fees, taxes and duties, and pension-related charges. 

•The measure primarily standardises and digitises the collection process and facilitates accurate accounting and reconciliation.
