The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on September 04, 2026, issued an Important Notice on Conduct of Annual Compliance Audit FY 2025-26 for Research Analysts.
The following has been stated: -
•Research Analysts (RAs) are required to complete the Annual Compliance Audit for FY 2025-26 by September 30, 2026.
•The audit report submission portal is expected to be available by the end of September 2026. RAs may submit through a system-appointed auditor or direct submission.
• Only reports submitted through the Exchange portal will be valid; email or other modes will not be accepted.
