The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on September 07, 2026, issued a circular regarding the submission of the Annual Development Plan (ADP) for ARM/SR Works.
The following has been stated: -
•The ESIC has directed all Regional Offices, ESIC Medical Colleges & Hospitals and ESIC Hospitals to prepare and submit an Annual Development Plan (ADP) for Annual Repair & Maintenance (ARM) and Special Repair (SR) works for ESIC-owned buildings.
•The ADP must include justification, estimated costs, and cash-flow plans for FY 2026–27, 2027–28 and 2028–29.
•The concerned Competent Authorities shall assess and approve the proposed works as per the delegated powers, with Budget Estimates and Revised Estimates based on the ADP.
•The implementation and budget utilization will be periodically reviewed by ESIC Headquarters to ensure timely execution and optimum utilization of funds.
•The duly approved ADP must be submitted to the Property Management Division, ESIC Headquarters on or before September 30, 2026.
