The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) on September 01, 2026, issued a notification regarding the integration of the Bharatkosh Payment Facility with eGCA for Acceptance of Student Pilot Licence (SPL).
The following has been stated: -
•The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has integrated the Bharatkosh payment facility with eGCA for the issue, renewal, and extension of aircraft ratings on SPL.
•The updated User Manual for the relevant services has been made available on the DGCA website.
•FTOs and applicants are required to submit complete applications in accordance with applicable Rules, CARs, Circulars and prescribed user manuals.
•The new payment facility and related provisions will come into effect from September 15, 2026.
