The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has scheduled a mock trading session for the Commodity Derivatives segment on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from both the Primary (PR) and Disaster Recovery (DR) sites to enable Trading Members to test and familiarize themselves with trading systems and functionalities.
The following has been stated:
Trading Members using third-party platforms of empanelled vendors or in-house systems through ETI APIs can use the mock session to test various functionalities, including Risk Reduction Mode, Trading Halt and exceptional market conditions. There will be no new BOLT TWS release.
The trading schedule will be as follows:
Log-in: 09:15 am to 10:00 am
Continuous Trading (PR): 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
Switchover to DR: 12:00 pm to 12:45 pm
Continuous Trading (DR): 12:45 pm to 02:45 pm
Trades executed during the mock trading session are only for testing and familiarization and will not attract any margin, pay-in or pay-out obligations, nor create any rights or liabilities. Members are requested to participate actively and provide their feedback on the mock trading session by 4:00 pm.
