Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Haryana on September 10, 2026, exercising powers under Section 2(1)(g) of the Haryana Prevention of Public Gambling Act, 2025, has notified ‘Rummy’ and ‘Poker’ as games of skill for the purposes of the Act. Accordingly, these games are recognised as games of skill under the State’s gambling legislation.
