The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) on September 25, 2026, notified the date of establishment of the Indian Standards related to Galvanized Steel Strips and Sheets.
In the following Indian Standards particulars, the dates of Establishment shall be September 15, 2026 -
• IS 277 : 2018 Galvanized Steel Strips and Sheets (Plain and Corrugated) — Specification (Seventh Revision).
• IS 4409 : 2023 Ferronickel — Specification (Second Revision).
• IS 6911 : 2026 Stainless Steel Plate, Sheet and Strip — Specification (Third Revision).
• IS 11928 : 2023 Textiles — Roundslings Made of ManMade Fibres for General Service — Specification (First Revision).
• IS 16709 : 2017 Textiles — Polypropylene (PP) Woven, Laminated, Block Bottom Valve Sacks for Packaging of 50 kg Cement — Specification.
• IS 19103 : 2025 Coir Pith Block — Specification.
