The International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) on April 08, 2026, informed IFSC Units of the amendment to Condition 7 in Form H under the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, pursuant to Department of Commerce Notification G.S.R. 609(E) dated July 9, 2026. The amendment substitutes “nine months” for “one hundred eighty days” for submission of the Annual Performance Report (APR).
Accordingly, the APR for a financial year shall now be submitted by December 31 of the succeeding financial year. All IFSC Units are required to take note of the revised timeline and ensure timely compliance.
