The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on September 30, 2026, notified regarding the Submission of Half-Yearly SaaS Compliance Report by Research Analysts (RAs) for Audit Period Ended September 30, 2026.
SEBI has reiterated the requirement under its Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD2/DOR/CIR/P/2020/221 dated November 3, 2020, regarding the use of Software as a Service (SaaS)-based solutions by financial sector organisations. Accordingly, all Active Research Analysts (RAs) are required to submit the half-yearly SaaS Compliance Report for the audit period ending September 30, 2026, through the BSE IA/RA Portal by October 31, 2026.
RAs are required to disclose complete and accurate information regarding all SaaS-based solutions/hosted services used by them. Where no SaaS-based solution is utilised, the appropriate declaration must be submitted through the portal. The report is to be filed through RAIA Inspection → SaaS Submission Form, in accordance with the procedure specified in Annexure 1, within the prescribed timeline.
