The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) on September 25, 2026, issued the date of establishment and withdrawal of the Semiconductor Devices and other Indian Standards.
The following Indian Standards were established on September 15, 2026 and will be withdrawn on March 14, 2027:
• IS 14901 (Part 8) : 2020 IEC 60747-8 : 2010 Semiconductor Devices — Discrete Devices Part 8 Field-Effect Transistors (Second Revision)
• IS 18240 : 2023 ISO 11139 : 2018 Sterilization of Health Care Products — Vocabulary of Terms Used in Sterilization and Related Equipment and Process Standards
