The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) on October 05, 2026, issued a notification regarding the date of establishment and the date until which the standard without the amendment shall remain in force, such as Barium Sulphate Pigments for Paints.
The following has been stated: -
•IS 64: 2023 Barium Sulphate Pigments for Paints — Specification (Second Revision)
•IS 459: 1992 Corrugated and Semi-Corrugated Asbestos Cement Sheets — Specification (Third Revision)
•IS 3025 (Part 32): 2025 Methods of Sampling and Test (Physical and Chemical) for Water and Wastewater Part 32 Chloride (Second Revision)
The date of establishment is September 23, 2026, and the date until which the standard without the amendment shall remain in force is March 22, 2027.
