Secretarial ComplianceThe India International Exchange (India INX) on October 06, 2026, issued circular on Submission of Half Yearly Net worth Certificate as on September 30, 2026 for the financial year 2026-27.

All Exchange Members are required to submit the Net Worth Certificate and Computation of Net Worth as on September 30, 2026, in the prescribed formats, by November 30, 2026. The minimum Net Worth requirements for Broker Dealers are USD 135,000 for BD, USD 675,000 for BD-SCM, USD 1,350,000 for BD-CM, and USD 1,350,000 for PCM. Net Worth is determined based on the aggregate value of liquid assets, and the prescribed minimum requirement must be maintained at all times.

Members must follow the IFSCA requirements for computation of liquid Net Worth, including applicable base minimum capital, interest-free deposits and eligible margins, while liabilities are excluded from the computation. Entities failing to maintain the prescribed Net Worth cannot undertake existing or new business activities in IFSC until the shortfall is restored and may face disciplinary action. Members are required to submit the Net Worth Certificate, computation, and prescribed declaration, along with certification from a CS/CA or equivalent professional in the foreign jurisdiction, wherever applicable.
