The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on October 06, 2026, notified the Revision of Amalgamation Charges for Integrated Commercial Centre Schemes in Delhi.
The Authority, with prior approval of the Central Government and under Section 57(1) of the Delhi Development Act, 1957, has revised the amalgamation charges for integrated schemes of commercial centres. The charges shall be 2.5% of the prevailing commercial circle rate on the total area of the amalgamated plot as on the date of application. Where amalgamation was carried out without prior permission or in violation of the permission conditions, an additional charge of 5% shall apply for regularisation. The revised charges will remain effective until further modification or notification by the Central Government.
