Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) on October 06, 2026, issued the High Density Polyethylene (HDPE)/Polypropylene (PP) Woven Sacks for Packaging of 50 kg Cement (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2026, to further amend the Textiles — High Density Polyethylene (HDPE)/Polypropylene (PP) Woven Sacks for Packaging of 50 kg Cement (Quality Control) Order, 2023.

It states that in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: — 

“(2) It shall come into force on the 6th day of January, 2027.”
