The NSE IFSC, on October 7, 2026, has announced multiple mock trading sessions on October 10 and 11, 2026, to test Members’ system readiness and connectivity ahead of the implementation of 23.5-hour market operations.
The following has been stated:
NSE IFSC will conduct four mock trading sessions across Saturday, October 10 and Sunday, October 11, 2026. Mock A will be held from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on October 10, Mock B from 10:00 PM on October 10 to 12:45 AM on October 11, Mock C from 1:30 AM to 5:00 AM on October 11, and Mock D from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM on October 11. Detailed timings are provided in the respective annexures.
Members are encouraged to participate to test their system readiness and connectivity. Members having approved algorithmic software are mandatorily required to participate in the mock trading sessions.
The mock trading sessions will be followed by a Live Re-login session on Sunday, October 11, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM, to avoid login-related issues on Monday, October 12, 2026.
Trades executed during the mock sessions will not create any funds pay-in or pay-out obligations, and Members have been advised not to transfer any data files for these sessions. Changes made on the Exchange CEL portal during the mock day or other Exchange holidays will be carried forward to the LIVE environment and will apply from the next trading day.
