The BSE Clearing Limited (BSECL) on October 08, 2026, issued a notification regarding the submission of the Half-Yearly Net Worth Certificate as on September 30, 2026.
The following has been stated: -
•BSE Clearing Corporation Limited (BSECL) has advised all members to submit the Half-Yearly Net Worth Certificate as on September 30, 2026, on or before November 30, 2026. Members must maintain the minimum net worth requirement, calculated as the higher of Base Net Worth or Variable Net Worth, under Chapter X of the SEBI (Stockbrokers) Regulations, 2026.
•Clearing/Self-Clearing Members registered with NSE must submit the certificate only to NSE, while other eligible members and Professional Clearing Members must submit it directly to BSECL through the Electronic Filing System (IEFS).
•BSECL will continue monitoring compliance, and any revised certificates arising from a shortfall must be submitted to BSECL.
•Failure to submit the certificate within the prescribed deadline or address any shortfall may result in non-compliance and applicable consequences.
