Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Textiles (MoT) on October 08, 2026, issued the Central Silk Board (Second Amendment) Rules, 2026, to further amend the Central Silk Board Rules, 1955.

They shall come into force on October 09, 2026.

It states that in rule 52, in clause (c), for the word and figure “Form-14”, the words, brackets, figures and letters “Form-14(a) or Form-14(b) or Form-14(c)” shall be substituted.
