Industry Specific ComplianceThe Government of Rajasthan on October 08, 2026, has declared the polling days for the 2026 General Elections to Panchayati Raj Institutions as public holidays under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, in the respective constituencies to enable voters to exercise their voting rights. The elections will be conducted in four phases during October–November 2026, with polling for Zila Parishad and Panchayat Samiti members scheduled for October 22, October 28, November 3 and November 14, 2026, and polling for Panch and Sarpanch posts scheduled for October 24, October 30, November 5 and November 16, 2026.

The declaration also covers any revised polling or re-polling dates in the event of a change in the scheduled polling dates. The public holiday will apply to the respective constituencies as specified in the enclosed list.
