The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on October 09, 2026, issued a notification regarding compliance with the designation of an organisation as a terrorist under the UAPA, 1967.
The following has been stated: -
•The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) circulated a Gazette Notification concerning an organisation designated as a terrorist and included in the First Schedule of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, under Section 35(1)(a) of the Act.
•Members have been advised to take note of the notification enclosed as Annexure 1 and undertake the necessary actions and compliances.
