Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on October 09, 2026, notified regarding Submission of Annual Audited Networth Certificate, Auditor’s Report & Audited Annual Accounts for the financial year ended on March 31, 2026.

BSE has advised Trading Members to submit their Annual Audited Networth Certificate, Networth Computation, Auditor’s Report, Audited Annual Accounts (complete Annual Report, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account), Director’s Report and Financial Strength details for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, by October 31, 2026, through the BSE Electronic Filing System (BEFS). The financial statements must follow the format prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013, including for non-corporate Trading Members, with the applicable statutory filing timelines.

Trading Members registered with both BSE and NSE are required to submit their Annual Audited Networth Certificate only to NSE, while exclusive BSE members must continue submitting it to BSE. Non-submission within the due date, networth shortfalls or failure to submit a revised Networth Certificate along with the original may attract disciplinary action and penalties as prescribed by the Exchange. Members are advised to refer to the relevant help guide for submission procedures.
