Startup reimbursement is available after patent grant or design/software copyright registration, while eligible individual innovators may claim assistance at prescribed post-filing/pre-grant and/or post-grant stages. Eligible individual innovators include current students and qualifying alumni of Industrial Training Institutes in Maharashtra and Ratan Tata Maharashtra State Skill University.
