The National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) on October 10, 2026, has revised the online submission process for Fidelity Insurance documents and requests for issuance of Status Reports, effective October 12, 2026, to streamline exchange processes and provide a convenient online interface. Members are required to upload the applicable Fidelity Insurance Policy, Declaration for Non-Trading, or Declaration for Proprietary Trading through the NOSS Portal at
https://noss.ncdex.com under Member Login → CSG Portal → Fidelity Insurance → Upload Insurance.
Requests for issuance of Status Reports must also be submitted through the NOSS Portal under Member Login → CSG Portal → Status Report → Raise Request. Submission through the NCFE portal has been discontinued with effect from October 12, 2026, and members must use the revised paths for all future submissions and requests. Existing charges and financial disincentives for issuance of approved Status Reports and non-submission of Fidelity Insurance will continue as prescribed under the relevant Exchange circulars.
