The Government of Rajasthan on October 05, 2026, issued corrigendum in older notification related to the Conciliation Officer Entry for Balotra.
This is a small correction to an earlier government order. On 13 August 2026, the Labour Department issued a notification appointing Labour Inspectors as Conciliation Officers. A conciliation officer is the person who helps settle disputes between workers and employers. That notification was published in the Gazette on 22 September 2026.
In its list, entry no. 11 for Balotra named the “Assistant Labour Commissioner, Balotra” as the officer. This new notice changes that entry to “All Labour Inspectors, Balotra.” So in Balotra, every Labour Inspector, not the Assistant Labour Commissioner, is now the Conciliation Officer. Nothing else in the original notification changes.
