Industry Specific ComplianceThe Haryana Government on October 12, 2026, issued the Haryana Private Universities (Amendment) Act, 2026 to further amend the Haryana Private Universities Act, 2006. 

The following amendments have been stated:

• In the Schedule to the Haryana Private Universities Act, 2006, after serial number 27 and entries there against, the following serial numbers and entries there against shall be added, namely:- 

“28. Kusum International University - District Rewari 

29. Masters’ Union University District - Gurugram”
