The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on October 12, 2026, issued amendment in Import Policy of Glufosinate and its salts covered under Chapter 38 of Schedule-I (Import Policy) of ITC (HS), 2022.
DGFT under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, has extended the Minimum Import Price (MIP) condition on imports of Glufosinate and its salts falling under Chapter 38 of ITC (HS), 2022, Schedule I (Import Policy), until April 12, 2027. The extension applies to HS Codes 38089193, 38089199, 38089361, 38089391, 38089399, 38089912, 38089991 and 38089999.
All other terms and conditions specified in Notification No. 10/2026-27 dated April 13, 2026, remain unchanged.
