The Government of Rajasthan on October 05, 2026, issued a notification regarding an amendment to the appointment of Inspectors-cum-Facilitators under the OSHWC Code, 2020.
The following has been stated: -
•The competent authority has amended the departmental notification dated July 01, 2026, published in the Official Gazette on July 09, 2026, under Section 34(1) of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020.
•The entry “Assistant Labour Commissioner, Balotra” at Serial No. 11, Column 2, shall now be read as “All Labour Inspectors, Balotra”.
•The amendment revises the designation of the authority appointed as Inspectors-cum-Facilitators for the specified jurisdiction.
