Secretarial ComplianceThe National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) on October 14, 2026, has directed Trading Members to ensure that all client KYC details are uploaded to the KYC Registration Agencies (KRAs) and that only clients with KRA status of “KYC Registered” or “KYC Validated” are permitted to trade on the Exchange.

Effective November 2, 2026, clients whose KYC records uploaded up to September 30, 2026, remain under “On Hold” status, as well as clients whose PAN details are not available with the KRAs due to non-uploading by Members, will not be permitted to trade. Clients with an “On Hold” status will also not be allowed to square off existing open positions, which may only be allowed to expire on the respective contract expiry date. Trading Members must review the relevant PAN records available under WEB Extranet → Download Files → Reports → Dnld → <TMCode>_<TMCode>_KRA_NOT_AVAILABLE and take necessary corrective action.

PANs that subsequently become KRA-compliant will be permitted to trade from T+1, based on the information received by the Exchange from the KRA.
