The Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) on October 14, 2026, issued a notification regarding display of Investor Awareness Messages on Websites.
The following has been stated: -
•SEBI has mandated Depository Participants (DPs) to display investor awareness messages under Project Jagrook, as part of its nationwide investor awareness initiative and World Investor Week 2026.
•From November 01, 2026, DPs must prominently display the prescribed messages on the landing page of their websites in both Hindi and English.
•The messages cover understanding investments before investing, choosing regulated investment products, starting early and staying invested, and avoiding investment frauds.
•The messages may be modified by SEBI from time to time, and DPs must ensure compliance with the requirements.
