The Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL), on October 19, 2026, informed Depository Participants (DPs) that the DP Operating Instructions, updated as of September 30, 2026, have been published on CDSL’s website. The updated documents incorporate amendments to the Operating Instructions communicated to DPs through CDSL communiqués up to September 30, 2026.
The revised documents are available in two parts: Chapters (Download PDF) and Annexures (Download PDF). Depository Participants are advised to refer to the updated documents for the consolidated operating instructions and amendments applicable to their operations.
