The Commercial Tax Department, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh on October 15, 2026, issued a corrigendum to Draft Form-A under the Commercial Tax Notification.
The Government has issued a corrigendum to Notification No. CT-4-2-0001-2024-Sec-1-V (CT) (14), dated September 8, 2026, published in the Extraordinary Gazette. The corrigendum clarifies that, in the specified table attached to the notification, the words and figures “14 percent” shall be read in place of “1 percent cess” at serial numbers 8, 9 and 13 of Draft Form-A. This correction rectifies the specified entries in Draft Form-A under the earlier notification.
