The National Stock Exchange of India Limited, on October 22, 2026, has announced a mock trading session in the Currency Derivatives segment on Saturday, October 24, 2026. No new version release is planned for this session.
The mock trading will be conducted in two sessions: Session 1 from the Primary Site, with normal market trading from 11:00 to 12:30, and Session 2 from the Disaster Recovery (DR) Site, with normal market trading from 13:15 to 14:30. The trade modification window will close at 14:40. Live re-login will be available from 16:00 to 16:30. Members using NNF must note that the existing encryption mechanism using old interactive port 10885 will be discontinued from December 7, 2026. They are advised to migrate to either the new encryption mechanism with MD5 checksum removal using port 10889 or the new encryption mechanism with immediate acknowledgement of order-related messages using port 10891. The gateway router IP is 172.19.18.85, with subnet 172.19.18.0 and network mask 255.255.255.128; the existing ports listed are 10870 and 10871.
Members should follow the instructions and prerequisites for participating in the mock trading environment, along with the guidelines for switching the trading system to the DR Site, as specified in the circular’s annexures.
