The National Stock Exchange of India Limited, on October 22, 2026, has announced a mock trading session in the Electronic Gold Receipts (EGR) segment on Saturday, October 24, 2026. No new version release is planned for this session.
The Primary Site session will include the pre-open session from 10:45 to 10:53, with random closure during the final minute, followed by normal market trading from 11:00 to 12:30. The block deal window will operate from 11:25 to 11:40, and the auction market from 11:30 to 12:15. The DR Site session will begin with the pre-open session at 13:15, closing at 13:23 with random closure during the final minute, followed by normal market trading from 13:30 to 14:30. Trade modification will close at 14:40, and live re-login will be available from 16:00 to 16:30. Members are advised to use the recommended NEAT+ EG version 1.0.2, available at /egftp/egcommon/NEATPlus102. Version 1.0.1, available at /egftp/egcommon/NEATPlus101, is scheduled for discontinuation on November 14, 2026, during the mock session.
The Exchange has also scheduled an additional mock trading session for October 31, 2026. Members should refer to the circular’s annexures for mock trading instructions, login parameters, market data broadcast parameters, installation procedures for NEATPlus EG version 1.0.2, and guidelines for switching the trading system to the Disaster Recovery (DR) Site.
