The India International Exchange (India INX) on October 23, 2026, issued a circular regarding submission of Annual Audited Net Worth Certificate, Auditor’s Report & Audited Annual Accounts for the financial year ended on March 31, 2026.
The following has been stated: -
•India International Exchange (India INX) has waived the requirement to submit the Auditor’s Report (Annexure 1) for annual returns relating to the financial year ended March 31, 2026, following stakeholder representations and to facilitate ease of doing business.
•Members must submit the Annual Audited Net Worth Certificate and Audited Annual Accounts, along with other applicable documents as prescribed in the earlier circular dated October 12, 2026.
•The annual returns must be submitted via email on or before October 31, 2026.
•All other documentation requirements under the earlier circular remain unchanged.
