The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on October 27, 2026, notified the Half-Yearly Submission of details of Associate/Subsidiary Entities.
BSE has directed all Trading Members to submit details of their Associate/Subsidiary Entities on a half-yearly basis under the Risk-Based Supervision (RBS) framework. Details for the half-year ended March 31, 2026, shall be submitted by November 15, 2026, through the designated module on the BEFS Portal. Any additions, deletions, or modifications to these details shall be reported to the Exchange within 30 calendar days of the change. Trading Members registered with both BSE and NSE are required to submit the details only to NSE under the inter-exchange common submission mechanism, while exclusive BSE members shall continue submitting through the BEFS Portal.
