The NSE Clearing Limited (NCL) on October 28, 2026, issued a circular regarding extension for submission of Annual Returns for Financial Year 2025-26.
The following has been stated: -
•NSE Clearing Limited (NCL), pursuant to Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) Circular Ref. 05/2026 dated October 24, 2026, has extended the due date for submission of Annual Returns for FY 2025–26 from October 31, 2026, to December 31, 2026, in line with the extension granted for filing financial statements under the Companies Act, 2013.
•Clearing/Self-Clearing Members also registered with NSE are required to submit their Annual Returns to NSE only, while other eligible members must submit them through the NCL portal.
•Non-submission within the extended deadline or any net-worth shortfall may attract action as prescribed under the applicable NCL circulars.
