The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on October 28, 2026, notified regarding the Extension for submission of Annual Returns for Financial Year 2025- 26.
BSE has extended the deadline for submission of Annual Returns for the financial year 2025–26, ended March 31, 2026, to December 31, 2026, in line with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) Circular No. 05/2026 dated October 24, 2026, extending the filing deadline for financial statements with the Registrar of Companies. Clearing/Self-Clearing Members registered with both BSECL and NSE are required to submit their Annual Returns only to NSE under the common submission mechanism, whereas Professional Clearing Members registered with BSECL shall submit their returns through the BSECL portal (ICCL–IEFS). Non-submission by the revised deadline or any shortfall in net worth may attract action under BSECL Notice No. 20261008-15 dated October 9, 2026.
