The Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, on October 27, 2026, amended the notification No. S.O. 1560(E) dated 26 March 2024, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 5 of the Seeds Act, 1966, after consultation with the Committee.
The amendment substitutes the existing entry against Serial No. 21, Column (3) of the table with the following hybrid seed variety: “Arize 110 (INH 211120) (IET 28950) (HRI-207) Hybrid”.
Accordingly, the above hybrid variety shall be reflected in the amended entry of the notification. The notification does not specify any separate commencement date.
